So that it would serve as a certified international platform for publishing of scientific researches for scientists and researchers, activating the role of scientific research on the Arab and international levels. This is done in the belief of the Union that scientific research is the method and means to meet the challenges facing people, and in order to access the knowledge and scientific opinions and academic research that are able to be executed to benefit from those research.ـ
